Catechin, a bioflavonoid found in green tea is used in the filters for its antiviral and antioxidant qualities. Catechin also offers excellent deodorizing characteristics, which is why this compound is in it’s air conditioning filters to not only improve air quality but to also prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses in the room. Cooling/heating multiple split-type packaged air conditioners are common in Japan.

The generator is located on the exterior of the home while the blower is located in the interior. The design language is based on the home interior by using natural materials like wood surfacing, glass and metal.
