WHISK BALL

Our whisk ball is unique from all other designs, as you whisk your egg whites, the inner ball captures more air to promote agitation. The inner ball encases a small ceramic ball, its purpose is to maintain momentum. Even though the unit is small, creating the forms in solid modeling was a challenging task.

The design intent was to create a mirror part that would be cheaper to manufacture. Working out draft angles and avoiding sink marks were great challenges in this particular design. Refinement time was carefully invested in the design to ensure optimal performance. My responsibility covered form exploration, part detailing and solid modeling.
